yesterday I started the waited holidays. After a hard year (some day I'll speak about work environ) holidays are finally here.
This year we have changed the car. It means that there are no special destinations. We go to Maldà. This is a little village lost in the middle of nowhere. (Simply perfect !!!).
No wifi, internet, electronic devices... Desintoxication.
Family, friends, books and pool at afternoon.
First hour morning workouts and....... NOTHING.
This pic was taken in a first hour walking tour. The perfect spot for meditation.
All day with trainers / flip flops, shorts and a T-shirt. When I arrive there I leave the watch on the drawer. The sound of the bell tower is enough.
